Synthetic Felt

It is a durable, flexible, easily applicable nonwoven structure that is formed as a result of mechanical binding of synthetic fibers by needling method. Synthetic felt is a permeable textile product that can be used with soil sliding, soil or any material related to geotechnical engineering. It has a homogeneous structure.

Features

Thanks to its synthetic structure, it is resistant to rotting, bacteria, acids, alkalis and moisture. It is not affected by sea water, mold and rust.
-It is resistant to damages that may occur during application.
-It can be used as a separating material between different floors.
-It provides excellent permeability thanks to its filtration feature.
-Provides protection of thermal insulation materials.
-It shows more strength and less elongation in the same weight due to the heat treatment it sees.
-It is easy to apply. There is no harm to human health during and after the application.
-It requires less storage space.
-It can be easily transported and laid.

Usage Areas

-As a building pressure spreading layer in foundations,
-In order to prevent collapses and deteriorations in transportation (highway, airport and railway),
-In the drainage, in order to prevent clogging by wrapping the pipes (Preventing soil, clay, etc.materials from entering the drainage pipe)
-In order to prevent the collapse of the barriers and erosion in dams, ponds, water channels,
-In order to protect the water and heat insulation materials used on roofs and floors,
-In the furniture industry, it is used under artificial leather, as a protective layer on mattress springs and as a support for sponge or instead of sponge in some mattresses.
In the shoe industry, it can be used for various purposes such as shoe soles and filling material. It can be easily transported and laid.
